​1. Shipping & Delivery
​As we prepare for our full digital hub and B2B portal launch in Spring 2026, the following terms apply:
​Fulfillment: All shipping dates and lead times are estimated and will be confirmed at the point of formal quotation or Pro-Forma invoice.
​Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. We utilize tracked, professional courier services for all consignments.
​International Shipping: RT BIO SYSTEMS LTD supports global distribution. International partners are responsible for any local import duties or customs clearances unless otherwise agreed in writing.
​2. B2B Returns & Cancellations
​Due to the nature of our health supplement and food products, and to maintain the highest standards of quality assurance:
​Returns: We do not accept returns on B2B orders once delivery has been accepted, unless the goods are proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
​Damaged Goods: Any discrepancies or transit damage must be reported to robert@rtbiosystems.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.
​Cancellations: Orders for bespoke formulations or bulk batches cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.
